Albert Dohmen
Albert Dohmen is a German bass-baritone who has made success in many Wagner roles. He was born in 1956 in Krefeld, Germany. His 2007 Bayreuth debut was as Wotan in the Tankred Dorst production of Der Ring des Nibelungen, now available on CDs.

His Wagner roles include Kurwenal, Amfortas, Wotan / Wanderer, Holländer, Hans Sachs.
Albert Dohmen's non-Wagner roles include: Pizarro, Kommandant, Musiklehrer, Scarpia, Jochanaan, Escamillo, Kaspar.
The Thielemann Ring has been recorded and has been released on CD.
