Georges Thill (1897–1984)

Georges Thill (1897–1984) was a French tenor, singing mostly opera. His career lasted from 1924 to 1953, peaking during the 1930s. Thill's Wagner roles included Parsifal (Parsifal), Lohengrin (Lohengrin), Walther von Stolzing (Meistersinger) and Tannhäuser (Tannhäuser). He made numerous recordings.
